This week a lot is happening for us. In Europe is presented JustSweet of Gas Expo, "15th International Specialized Fairs of Tastes" where our distributor south of the Alps presents our increasingly popular low-calorie sweetener which is already available in many Interspar stores in Slovenia and Croatia.
The fair held in Ljubljana is for: Gastronomy, drinks, coffee, sweets, bakery, catering, ice cream and wine.
The fair runs from today, 23 March to Saturday 26 March. On March 25, we have a workshop for Brazilian ice cream producers in Porto Alegre. A workshop where more than 40 food producers have signed up for more than 100 people, so we have had to close registration. A busy week for us!
