No reason why trade should not be fair to all parties involved. That is why we have chosen to use UTZ for all reasonably priced specialty coffee. It costs a little extra, but it tastes a little better when you know that the product is certified as fair.

For the more exclusive specialty coffee beans, we do not usually use such certification as the price of such coffee is significantly higher than the more affordable ones that are certified.

This does not mean that this coffee is less fair.
