There are many beverages where you could wish to enhance the taste, or give the drink a special taste. This is often solved with bottled flavored syrups. Products with limited shelf life after opening. With the two items from the "worst pollution list"; plastic caps and plastic bottles. We can't say that these items are particularly good contribution to the environment?
Typically, such syrups consist of 90% (+) sugar. So they taste good, more might not be considered diet products?
But sweet drinks are good, and the good thing is that there is a low-calorie alternative!


More environmentally friendly, healthier, easier, better shelf life...

For more than a decade, we have been a supplier of coffee to Norway's best-selling ice coffee products, sold in Norwegian supermarkets and convenience stores. Many have tried to copy the taste of this popular beverage sold in Tetra-Pak, without much success.
Ordinary coffee sugar free coffee syrup products do not always taste good, so one of Norway's largest distributors of coffee syrup asked if we could not make a sugar free syrup for his customers... of course we could.
Environmental friendliness, lower on calories and better shelf life were not one of the criteria, but if we develop something then we like to do better. In order to enter in an established market, the product must have a USP and it must taste better!
A sachet of Fairy Dust flavor and sweetener equals approx. 12 grams of sugar that would have been 48 kcal - Fairy Dust has 1 kcal, 98% less calories.

*Stevia - or steviol glycosides - is classified as an additive (E960) and cannot be called "natural" according to EU regulations. We believe this is a philosophical debate when deciding whether stevia treatment still allows it to be called natural. If one concludes that it cannot be called natural, then one concludes that coffee is not natural. What you like about the coffee is the result of fermentation, drying, burning and extraction in a process where water is used to extract the good flavors, caffeine and other active ingredients from the coffee. Would you, or the EU, then choose not to call coffee a natural product? We, and virtually all countries outside the EU / EEA, have chosen to call pure Stevia natural. Outside the EU / EEA, it will also be possible to obtain ecological certification for the stevia used in this product.
