World launch at Trondheim's Culture Night

Trondheim, 13 September at 15:00-17:00, Café le Frère

We were asked if we could contribute to Café le Frère's events in connection with Cultural night Trondheim. Coffee is part of the culture, and we have Norway's most exclusive coffee; Jacu Bird

Many may have seen this one featured in Adresseavisa. The coffee, which costs NOK 13.000 per kilo. In Norway, only Steve Olsen from Storm Kaffe is a certified coffee roaster on this very special coffee bean, which recently received a score of 90 from our Q-grader in Brazil, Edmilson Generoso. Coffee beans are classified with a score from 0 to 100 and it is very rare that a coffee reaches 90 or above.

Specialty coffee must have at least 80. Everything below is what you find in grocery stores. In other words, the coffee most people drink.

We arrange coffee cupping

You shouldn't miss it. Our coffee experts will demonstrate the principle of coffee cupping. What we look for when we buy coffee. We will let those who wish to taste a selected assortment of coffee from many countries, and one of those who can guess which coffee is Jacu Bird will win a bag enough to make 1 liter of coffee. If you were to buy it at Harrods, it would cost around a thousand kroner!

We are launching Claudia Münch sugar-free chocolate drink worldwide!

Claudia Münch is our trademark for part of our sugar-free products where we use the natural prebiotic sweetener JustSweet.

In the shop you will find several brands of chocolate drinks. If you read the label, you will see that they contain around 80% sugar. Ours tastes like it's sugar, but it's not.

That a small company in Norway has developed a chocolate drink for Brazil's largest producer of chocolate drinks may sound strange, but there are very few who have been particularly successful with natural sweetening. Even Coca-Cola is interested, but now we must be what many consider impossible; to be a prophet in one's own country!

We top it all off (the chocolate) with our own product, Claudia Münch Chantilly, which allows you to make cream from skimmed milk, or vegan milk.

We see a presentation in Trondheim as a dress rehearsal before we go to Anuga in October. Anuga is held in Cologne and is the world's largest trade fair for food. Then it's good to have practiced a little first.

Music belongs in a coffee shop

To get a slightly broader cultural experience, we have engaged the Trondheim troubadour Ove Engen, who has previously won Count the price

We hope to see you at what we think will be a pleasant afternoon at the bottom of Søndre gt.
