Sugar-free is "in the shot"

Our pre-launch of our sugar-free products in Trondheim on Friday 13 September proves that reducing sugar intake is something many people care about. Many, that means; consumers. The producers probably want it too, but then it was a matter of getting it done then. For most people, it is not quite straight forward to make it happen. Artificial sweeteners may be suitable for some products, but the majority of consumers do not fully trust the "research" and "facts" that are presented. Such "documentation", arguments, may end up in a category together with what is popularly called "Fake News". It seems to be something similar that you might call "Fake Facts". Maybe right, but no one fully trusts it!

Something many choose are polyols, also called sugar alcohols. The problem there, because such sweeteners also have challenges, the problem is that they are not approved in beverages, because a high intake will lead to, among other things, for stomach cramps. The reason is that the bad intestinal bacteria love it and when they get it, they outcompete the good bacterial flora, which in turn can lead to diarrhea for consumers.

Claudia Münch JustSweet can be used for almost anything

Everything you use sugar for. It is a prebiotic sweetener which, in addition to giving products the sweet taste consumers like, i.e. the taste of sugar, in addition to being JustSweet prebiotic. Shouldn't go into it here, but there is information about it on the product's own website; www.justsweet.com.

Products with Claudia Münch JustSweet

We had not planned to participate in Anuga this year, but as a Norwegian company it would almost be rude to say no when a request comes from Apex-Brasil whether our products can be exhibited at in Germany, at Anuga. With a high focus on forest fires in the Amazon, there are both nations, many large international companies seeking political gain and popularity among voters and customers, by announcing boycotts against Brazil, or products that might have originated in regions such as the Amazon. It is perhaps a paradox that many of the same countries buy soy for agriculture in their own country, which definitely increases deforestation.

We have fruit from the Amazon in “the Amazon Secret“, but we use wild-growing fruits when we can. If the fruits we use are not wild, we buy them from other places in Brazil. We are of course opposed to deforestation in the Amazon.

Norway's largest beverage brand on Facebook - Amazon Secret

Friday the 13th might not be considered a lucky day, and the chocolate drink we were supposed to launch got messed up in the mail, but the big jar of samples on Amazon Secret disappeared quickly. Both children and adults loved the drinks and no one missed sugar. Some were a bit skeptical, as they thought it was artificial sweetener, but we explained that it wasn't, and then the skepticism disappeared. No one really missed the chocolate drink we were also going to launch, but it will be included in Anuga!

We bring something, not everything

Claudia Münch JustSweet can be used in chocolate, chocolate drinks, coffee drinks, fruit drinks, buns, pastries, jams, pretty much everything you can use sugar in. We have of course tried everything, and concluded that we get it just as well with JustSweet, as with sugar. So far it has also Coca-Cola concluded with. For the sake of the demonstration, we bring chocolate with 90% cocoa (cocoa powder and cocoa fat). The rest of the content is then JustSweet and the world's most exclusive coffee, Jacu Bird.
