Tomorrow, October 28, a president will be elected in Brazil. Apolitical as we are, we asked a pastry chef to make a neutral "choice cake". No reason to become unfriended with someone over an election result!
The pastry chef was perhaps a little too patriotic when the cake was decorated with Brazilian colors (green, blue, yellow and white), but that must be allowed.
What is special about this cake is that the cream (CM Artistic Foods) is made from natural ingredients, with skimmed milk from Norwegian cows (yes, in Trøndelag we say cows and not cows).
This cream, which tastes like any other cream, has no added sugar. It has 90% fewer calories and (estimated) 99,8% less fat. Still, it's as good as cream from whipped cream.
