Presidential elections in Brazil – Good election!

Tomorrow, 28th of October, it will be elected a new President in Brazil. Unpolitically, as we are, we asked a Brazilian confectioner to make a neutral “election cake”. No need to be “enemies” with anyone over an election result!

Perhaps the “baker” was a bit patriotic when decorating the cake with Brazilian colors (green, blue, yellow and white), but that’s probably allowed?

What is special with this cake is that the cream (CM Artistic Foods), is made of natural ingredients, with skimmed milk from Norway.

This cream, which tastes like a regular cream, is without added sugar. It has 90% less calories and has (estimated) 99.8% less fat. Nevertheless, it is as good as the cream you are used to.
