PLEASE NOTE:
- Garcinia Cambogia: High doses can cause side effects such as nausea and headache. The recommended daily maximum dose of HCA is 500-1000 mg.

Recommendation for use: Take 1-2 capsules 2 times daily, morning and evening with a glass of water before meals. Combine with a balanced diet and regular physical activity.
