Claudia lives in Trondheim, but is proud to be a Brasileira, a Carioca from Rio de Janeiro.

Should you be innovative, it will sometimes help to throw the book!
Education can be a restriction for innovation without their own creativity. We do not call it innovation when one copies others and makes a slight twist to the product, so it differs slightly from the original. With such a strategy, one will always stand at a standstill, and become a follower, not a leader. Innovation is often done in small companies. Large companies are buying innovation from the smaller ones, because very often they don’t have the innovation culture needed,
It is not everyone who is invited to Coca-Cola to show off their innovation
We financed what was most like an expedition without a map and compass, but with a clear goal; To find out how to make a universal, healthy, natural, biodegradable, low-carb, and low-calorie sweetening matter.
It may sound like a narrow case for the big international companies, but no one managed it before, and no one has managed it after. We had no intention of selling it as a sweetener when we made the sweetening for our functional beverage, “ The Amazon Secret “(Norway’s largest beverage brand On Facebook).
Products with trademark Claudia Münch®
We use this brand for products many love, but perhaps limit the consumption of, as they are often associated with high content of sugar and calories. We replace the sugar with our JustSweet (New edition in July 2019), but that alone is not enough. One can’t just take the sugar out of a product, because sometimes sugar is more than just the sweet stuff in the products. In some products, sugar is a preservative, it allows drinks to get a slightly higher viscosity, and for bread products It also helps in many ways. You need to know how to replace sugar.
JustSweet is based on prebiotic fibers that are important
According to UCSF Health (University of California San Fransisco) A fiber of high fiber seems to reduce the risk of developing various conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, diverticulary disease, constipation and colon cancer. Fiber is important for the digestive system and to lower cholesterol. Water-soluble fibers absorb water during digestion. They increase stool bulk and can reduce blood cholesterol levels. Soluble fibers can be found in fruits (such as apples, oranges and grapefruit), vegetables, legumes (such as dry beans, lentils and peas), barley, oats and sea bran. Carbohydrates in this product are mainly water soluble fibers.
How much fiber do you need every day?
“American Heart Association Eating Plan” suggests that you eat a variety of food fiber sources. Total Dietary fibre intake should be 25 to 30 grams daily from food, not dietary supplements. 10.000 years ago, the fibre intake was around 120 grams per day.
How can you increase your dietary fibre intake?
UCSF Health has listed some recommendations, but we can “recommend” 2 tiles with cream. Baked with JustSweet of course. It is almost so that one can say that our Chantilly cream, together with JustSweet make soft cake for health foods!
JustSweet Inside means that this product does not have artificial sweeteners, polyols (sugar alcohols), or added sugars.
