Removing sugar from a product is not really a challenge when JustSweet™ is available. JustSweet™ tastes like sugar. Getting the right lime taste, "acidity" and making the product stable is what is needed.
If we use the Amazon Secret® principles, or method, and make it 100% natural when it comes to the selection of ingredients, something that for the Sprite® copy means 5% lime juice.
Why did we make a “Sprite®”?
Just to prove that naturally sweetened products, sweetened with JustSweet™ will taste identical to a sugar-sweetened version of the same product.
How many calories? About. 2-3 kcal in a pint (there are approx. 200 kcal in a pint of sugar-sweetened soft drink).
If we can make a soft drink taste exactly like regular Coca-Cola (Classic)? Probably yes, but we didn't have phosphoric acid available, so we'll take that another time….
