Gluten Free Pizza | Baking mix

You can of course find recipes for gluten-free pizza bases if you Google a bit, but you have to have more ingredients; gluten-free flour, baking powder, pizza yeast, etc.

Plain and simple... You just add water!

When the pizza dough is soft and ready, place it in a greased pizza pan, or on a plate. Add the filling of your choice and then put it in a preheated* oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or when you see that it has become crispy around the edges.

*NOTE! Important: When you set the temperature of the oven, we recommend that you take into account the oil you have used to grease the pizza pan!
We do not recommend that you use margarine, because the content of unsaturated fatty acids is too low, which in turn causes it to be burned at lower temperatures than should be used for frying. The less unsaturated fatty acids, the faster an oil will burn. We recommend our own Canola (rapeseed oil) for several reasons, but mostly because it can withstand temperatures of up to 220+ before being burned.
