Claudia Münch to SIGEP, Rimini (21-22 January)

Claudia Münch® has developed a sugar-free ice cream base with natural ingredients. Ice cream base is named after Frøya, the Norse goddess of fertility, love and beauty.

Claudia believes that her ice cream is both healthier and has the same good taste as traditional ice cream made with sugar. It is suitable for anyone who wants to enjoy a sweet temptation without feeling guilty, and those who have to keep their sugar intake down.

A delicious ice cream without sugar, but also without artificial sweeteners or too many polyols. This ice cream base is made with Claudia Münch® JustSweet®, a natural and prebiotic sweetener that provides a sweet good taste without affecting blood sugar as much as traditional ice cream or the intestinal flora that is negatively affected by alternative sweeteners.

Frøya ice cream base contains some polyols to give the ice cream a creamy and soft consistency, but not enough to cause stomach problems like some polyols (such as maltitol) can do. Frøya ice cream base is a healthy and tasty way to enjoy ice cream, without worrying too much about calories or artificial additives.
