Cheese bread is popular in Brazilian coffee shops. There are also ready-made mixers for those who want to make such things at home, but there is often a focus on price so such products have minimal or no cheese. We have taken a different approach and chosen to create a recipe that has real cheese and that can easily be made in a waffle baker so that the cheese bread can always be served as freshly made.
